Simien Mountains Tour Packages
12 Days Simien Trekking
Day1: Arrive in Addis Ababa and tour the capital city. Overnight, in Addis Ababa.
Day2: Take the morning flight to Gondar and explore the 17th century capital with its castles and monastery. Overnight, in Gondar again.
Day3: Drive to the Simien mountains and trek from Chilqwant to Sankaber. Overnight in Sankaber camp.
Day4: Trek from Aankaber camp to Geech camp via Ginbar water fall and proceed to Geech vcamp. Overnight, Geech camp
Day5: Trek from Geech to Chenck vis the one of the best viewing points in Simien Park, Imetgogo and Inatye. Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day6: in the morning trek to Bwahit peak from which you would be able to view the highest peak in Ethiopia, Ras Dejen. Keep trekking to Ambiko camp, the base camp to climb Ras Dejen. Overnight, Ambiko camp
Day7: Early in the morning, trek to the highest peak in Ethiopia and trek back to the same campsite in the afternoon. Overnight, Ambiko camp.
Day8: trek to Sona- this would be the last campsite in the highland parts of the park and it offers the best view and the other side of Imetgogo peak.Overnight, in Sona camp.
Day9: In the morning, you will trek down to Mekarebia camp via Insia River that comes from the surrounding of Chenck camp take a wash and relax by the river. Overnight, in Mekarebia camp.
Day10: Trek to Mulit camp via Derek wonz ( means river) in which you would swim, relax and eat a pick nick lunch by the river. In the afternoon, you would trek to Mulit camp. Overnight, Mulit camp.
Day11: Trek to Adiarkay town so as to meet the driver with a car and drive to Gondar. En-route, you would stop in Debark and keep driving to Gondar. Overnight, Gondar.
Day12: Fly back to Addis Ababa and in the evening, depart back your home.
10 Days Simien Trekking
Day1: Drive from Gondar to the Simien mountains and trek from Chilqwant to Sankaber. Overnight in Sankaber camp.

8 Days Simien Trekking

Day4: in the morning trek to Bwahit peak from which you would be able to view the highest peak in Ethiopia, Ras Dejen. Keep trekking to Ambiko camp, the base camp to climb Ras Dejen. Overnight, Ambiko camp
Day5: Early in the morning, trek to the highest peak in Ethiopia and trek back to the same campsite in the afternoon. Overnight, Ambiko camp.
Day6: Trek back to Chenck via Cheroleba village. Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day7: In the morning after breakfast, you will be driven back to Gondar. Overnight, in Gondar.
Day8: Fly back to Addis Ababa and in the evening, depart back your home.
6 Days Simien Trekking
Day1: Drive From Gondar to the Simien mountains and trek from Chilqwant to Sankaber. Overnight in Sankaber camp.
Day2: Trek from Sankaber camp to Geech camp via Ginbar water fall and proceed to Geech vcamp. Overnight, Geech camp.
Day3: Trek around Geech. You will spend most of the day enjoying the beautiful viewing sights of Geech camp such as Imetgogo, Saha, and Kedadit. Overnight, Geech camp.
Day4: Trek from Geech to Chenck vis the one of the best viewing points in Simien Park, Imetgogo and Inatye. Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day5: Climb the second highest peak in Simien Park, Bwahit peak
You will trek to climb the peak in the morning and descend to Chenck camp for overnight.Overnight, Chenck camp.
Day6: In the morning after breakfast, you will be driven back to Gondar. Overnight, in Gondar/ fly back to Addis Ababa.
